Markwell’s Deer Processing would like to thank everyone for another successful year serving the community in the 2023 deer hunting season. We are gearing up for a big year in 2024 as we are returning to full processing capabilities, including accepting whole deer, quarters, and meat only orders*.

Finally, we are proud to announce the opening of Markwell’s Beef, a full-service custom beef processing operation including hand cut orders and our full line of specialty products. We are now accepting whole and half beef orders for 2024-2025.

Modern Gun Season - November 9th to 24th 2024 open 8:00am to 8:00pm
Closed Thanksgiving Day the 28th.
November 26th 2024 to December 31st 2024 open 9:00am to 6:00pm
Closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Youth Hunt October 12th to 13th 2024 and December 28th to 29th 2024 open 9:00am to 6:00pm or call for appointment
Markwells offers free basic processing to all youth hunters in support of youth hunting.
Muzzleloader - Oct 19th to 20th 2024 and December 9th to 17th, 2024 open 9:00am to 6:00pm or call for appointment
Crossbow September 21st 2024 to January 20th 2025 if not on above dates call for appointment
* All orders not picked up within 10 days will be subject to a $5.00/day storage fee.
